Great news, it is now possible to send Short Links in SMS templates. Head over to your text message templates to enable the option and give it a go.

If this gets developed can we please find a way of building the url shortener in a way in which we can use field values in the url string, so that when passing information to another system the user experience is optimised. Thanks
