It would be great to be able to add a 'priority' and an 'insert to hopper' option for the new lead dialler integration and not just load it to a list.

Great news. We've recently updated the VICIDial webhooks to include

Add to hopper

and priority.

The ViciDial API does have a Rank variable and Also Insert into Hopper - We have integrated this using Web Hooks to push the data straight into our Vici Dialer when adding new data.

Bill Burey: Hi Bill, sorry, only just seen this. That is what we do also using FlowXo but it would be more efficient to do this direct from the FLG. I believe its now done for a connex dialler but would be great for a vici dialler as they are key features in my opinion.

Michael: Integrating using FLG webhooks was fairly seamless - Assuming you have your own web servers running PHP / JQuery / ASP or whatever development language you are using. We also log all the TXNS to our own DB so we have a log of the Transactions being made.
