This is fantastic, we have identified a few use cases already that will streamline our business processes. Something that would take it to the next level, for us at least, would be the ability to populate CC/BCC with a template variable.

Mathew Foulkes: Thanks for the suggestion. I'm going to add a new feedback post to track interest so this doesn't get forgotten. It's something we had considered when we were implementing the current solution, but decided to omit until we were sure there was a requirement.
