Just released! Take a look at this brand new feature and let us know what you think.
The secure document upload feature allows your clients to save documents straight to their lead without involving a member of your team, saving you time and giving your clients convenience. Use it to collect documents by sending a text or email link. It's mobile-friendly including camera support, so your clients can take a picture of their document and upload it, wherever they are. You'll get all the usual automation in the background so can send thank you texts or task your team on receipt of a document. Enjoy!

Great suggestion, it would be helpful if this was built in a way in which if an image is being attached that the native functionality camera/files would be prompted. Ideal for taking a pic on a camera phone and uploading that image for example.

It would be good if you could create a 'required document' list and the system effectively monitor which of those documents has been received and what is outstanding. The system could then liaise with the customer by email and sms to chase in the missing documents accordingly. This would free up a lot of time for staff having to keep check on customers accounts and constantly chase. If customers could take a photo of these and send these documents via sms back to their FLG account that would be great

Yes please. I mean technically they can do this by email right now by using the Dropbox link. But having a very simple upload page where an attachment can be added to a lead would be brilliant. Although, a customer facing form/journey could probably achieve a lot of this functionality and possibly be even more user friendly. Especially with signature integration. I’d be. Little worried about viruses etc if there was just an option to upload something like a word document for example.
