Great news - it's now possible to customise the text inputs for tasks and events. Head to the Settings > Quick Text to give it a go!

Having templates for tasks so if you are creating multiple of the same task it is easier on a adhoc basis

Additional Insert Text in Events

One of the businesses I use FLG is make heavy use of Events and string them together quite a lot
The users have all asked me if there is a way to add news Items to the "Insert Text" box like you can add new Call Outcomes or Statuses.
I have checked and as far as I can see there is nowhere to add these.
