When most people are out of the office they apply an out of office message to respond to e-mails.
In FLG if a user has sent e-mails to some of their leads, when the client responds it goes on the task list of the person who is potentially on holiday – it relies on other agents checking at various points in the day.
It would be good to have a function where an agent can mark themselves as out of the office and an out of hours message can be sent by reply to the client and the e-mail or even a task that e-mail received forwarded onto another user to deal with.
